The room is exlusive with nice furniture and colour combination. A window view to the high mountains on one side and a view towards the water bay on the other side gives you a exquisite taste of paradise. Sauna and Gym to keep fit at no cost, really,its a 1st class experience I must tell you. Please be there!

The room had air conditioning, a shower, and a minibar. Loved the fitness center and the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers. Free toiletries were a nice touch, and the hairdryer came in handy. Great amenities make for a comfortable getaway.

Friendly staff.

Standard room is very small. It is okay for short stay and one person but think it will get a bit to much for a longer stay. I recommend for couples to book the bigger option.

Location short walk to Clubs, the major attractions such as the Waterfront, and very easy to get around. Nearby Tiger's Milk - great place to chill out. Above average breakfast - 4 star level.

I stayed 2 nights in a Family Room with Bathroom and loved the amazing view of Table Mountain. The location was a dream, great to safely stroll the streets and access attractions with ease. Breakfast was a highlight with delicious pastries and a selection of hot dishes that catered to different tastes!

Positive, The location is fantastic, just a short walk to major attractions. I got a room with a view of Table Mountain, fine. Breakfast was a highlight with a large selection. The front desk staff was super understanding, especially Nolan, who helped me with check-in issues.

Perfect

The location was excellent. My son and I stayed here and were able to walk to many places. Staff was great too. Breakfast was excellent. Room was spacious, and facilities were great.

I would have liked the hotel to have free WiFi. Although there was internet cafe very close by.

After almost considering a good review, I couldn't. I had to wait 2 hours just to receive sugar and milk? Absolutely ridiculous for a 'luxury' hotel. Some people seemed to be treated better than others, but I guess I just wasn't special enough.
